Chautauqua Plein Air Paint Out

On May 23, and 24 the Chautauqua Plein Air Paint Out is a two-day event around the 11th Annual Wawasee Fine Arts Festival (day before and day of). On Friday, the artists will gather at the Wawasee Art Gallery and then venture out to begin painting beautiful lake scenes and will continue painting on Saturday. As part of the 11th Annual Wawasee Art Festival there will be a Plein Air Demonstration at the festival. The Plein Air Artists will compete for cash prizes and at the conclusion of the art festival will be the awards ceremony and many of the pieces will be for sale to the public.
